great way to keep up with what's new in the world of graphic novels.
Though the site is not focused specifically on teens, it is a great
resource. The reviews are intelligent and by comic insiders and you can
browse by genre. The site also contains many online comics from
accomplished artists. One of these online comics(http://www.artbomb.net/comics/introgn.jsp)
is really short but informative guide to what a graphic novel is.

libraries. It's website has a great variety of graphic novel
resources. The site is very thorough and comprehensive. It includes
selection criteria, core titles, guides to Spanish language material
and manga, and much, much more.

Looking for something different? This website is a guide to comics put
out by small independent presses. It has current reviews and a very
helpful glossary for those that aren't up on the 'lingo' used by graphic
novel insiders. This site also has a useful list of links to the websites

difficult to navigate world of the Japanese comic-novel. This site
has everything, including an introduction to the topic, advice,

YA graphic novels in several genres including fantasy and
superheroes, romance, crime and nonfiction. Included are best lists
for teachers and librarians, a list of books on creating graphic

devoted to graphic novels for kids and those for older teens and
